1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KRCinfoGames and participating in games, tournaments, points, or rewards programs Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the Services. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to redeem Coins (defined below) for cash or cash‑equivalent rewards.

3.3 Regional Restrictions

Access to tournaments, payouts, and some features may be restricted in certain regions due to local law. We may geo‑block or disqualify users in restricted jurisdictions at our discretion.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are individual; multi‑accounting to farm points is prohibited.
• Accounts created via Google One Tap are tied to your Google identity; do not share access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, cheating, botting, or Terms violations.

5. Points / Coins System

5.1 What Are Coins?

“Coins” or “Points” are virtual reward units earned by interacting with the Site (e.g., playing games, winning tournaments, completing challenges). Coins are not currency and have no monetary value unless redeemed through an approved payout process under these Terms.

5.2 Not Banked Funds

Coins do not represent stored value, deposits, securities, or electronic money. They are a conditional digital reward.

5.3 Ownership

Coins remain the property of KRCinfoGames until redeemed. We may adjust, revoke, or expire Coins for technical error, fraud, inactivity, or policy changes.

6. Earning Coins

You may earn Coins through any of the following examples:

• Creating an account: +100 Coins (one‑time)
• Daily login streak: +10 Coins/day (increases after 7 days)
• Playing a supported game: up to +5 Coins/play (Per hour)
• Submitting a valid high score: +50 Coins
• Placing in a tournament: 1st/2nd/3rd tier rewards
• Referring a verified player: +250 Coins when referral earns 500 Coins

Actual earning rules are published on our Rewards Page and may change at any time.

7. Score Validation & Anti‑Cheat Policy

We take fair play seriously.

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, auto‑clickers, or modified game clients.
• Alter browser/game code to inflate scores.
• Exploit bugs or submit forged score requests to our API.
• Multi‑account for farming Coins.

7.1 Score Audits

We reserve the right to review, adjust, or delete suspicious scores or Coin awards. Large prize tournaments may include manual review or replay verification.

7.2 Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Reversal of Coin earnings
• Account suspension or ban
• Disqualification from tournaments
• Forfeiture of pending payouts

8. Points‑to‑Cash Conversion

If enabled, eligible users may redeem Coins for cash or equivalent rewards.

8.1 Conversion Rate

Default conversion: 1000 Coins = $1 USD. Conversion rates may change. The rate in effect at the time of redemption request applies.

8.2 Minimum Redemption Threshold

You must accumulate at least 5000 Coins (or equivalent) before requesting payout.

8.3 Payout Methods

We currently support PayPal, Cashap, Gift cards, Coupons, etc. Some methods may be region‑restricted.

8.4 Processing Times

Redemption requests are reviewed and paid within 24 hours or instantly unless delayed for fraud review, volume, or technical reasons.

8.5 Currency & Fees

Payouts are made in USD (or other stated currency). Payment processors may charge fees; these are deducted from payout amounts unless otherwise stated.

8.6 KYC / Identity Verification

We may require government ID, billing info, or tax forms once your lifetime redeemed value exceeds $50, or at our discretion.

8.7 Expiration

Coins may expire after 12 months of inactivity or at program termination. Expiration policy will be posted with 30 days’ notice where required by law.

9. Tournament Rules

9.1 Tournament Types

We may run:

• High Score Tournaments
• Time Attack Events
• Elimination Rounds
• Seasonal or Sponsored Events

9.2 Eligibility & Entry

Some tournaments are open to all; others may require account verification, regional eligibility, or minimum Coins.

9.3 Scoring & Ranking

Scores are ranked according to the rule set specified per event. Ties may be resolved by earliest submission, tie‑breaker round, or shared prizes.

9.4 Prizes & Payouts

Prizes may include Coins, cash, digital goods, badges, or sponsor items. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim prizes.

9.5 Disputes

Score disputes must be filed within 72 hours of event close. Provide screenshots or replay proof if available. Our decision is final.

10. Referral & Affiliate Rewards

If enabled, you may earn Coins or commissions for referring new players. Fraudulent referrals (self‑referrals, bots, traffic exchanges) are prohibited. We may claw back Coins/earnings if abuse is detected.

11. Taxes & Reporting

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on rewards, prizes, or payouts you receive. For certain jurisdictions or payout levels, we may be required to collect tax forms (e.g., W‑9, W‑8BEN) before releasing funds.

12. No Gambling Statement

The Site provides skill‑based browser games and reward systems. Players are not required to stake money or valuables to play. Coins are earned through game activity and community participation. Because participation does not require monetary consideration and outcomes are based on skill (where applicable), the Service is not intended to constitute gambling. If local regulators classify any part of the Service as gambling, we may suspend or modify features in affected regions.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or alter Site code
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or databases
• Use automation to generate fraudulent plays, views, or ad impressions
• Upload malware, cheats, or exploits
• Harass other players or post abusive content in community areas (see Community Guidelines)

14. Intellectual Property

Games hosted on the Site may be licensed from third‑party developers or distributors. All game content, art, and code remain the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive right to play games through the Site interface only.

15. Third‑Party Services

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, gameplay interruptions, or indirect damages.
• Our total liability to any user for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the prior 6 months, or (b) US $50.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and/or remove Coins if:

• Fraud or cheating is suspected
• Abuse of payout system
• Violation of law or infringement complaints
• Inactivity beyond a defined period

Upon termination for cause, all unredeemed Coins may be forfeited.

20. Data & Privacy

Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Playing games and earning rewards may involve data collection such as IP address, device type, gameplay logs, scores, and account email. By using the Site, you consent to such data processing consistent with our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to the Rewards or Payout Program

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Coins program, conversion rates, payout methods, or tournament structure at any time. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice (e.g., 30 days). Unredeemed Coins at time of termination may be forfeited unless otherwise specified.

Appendix B – Anti‑Fraud Triggers (Admin Reference)

Flag or hold payouts if:

• Same IP linked to multiple accounts
• Rapid Coin accumulation inconsistent with gameplay averages
• Suspicious user‑agent headers (automation)
• Score submissions outside expected API call patterns
• Repeated failed payout attempts to unverified payment destinations

Appendix C – Sample Terms Snippets

Coins Have No Cash Value Statement

Coins are virtual reward points with no intrinsic or guaranteed monetary value. Coins may only be redeemed through approved payout channels when and if available.

Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum of 5000 Coins is required to request a payout. Requests below the threshold will be denied.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to revoke Coins and deny payouts in cases of score manipulation, bot activity, multi‑accounting, or other abuse of the rewards program.

Taxes Are Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on payouts or prizes. We may require tax documents before releasing funds above regulatory thresholds.
